Years ago, Steven sold a rental property we were ready to part ways with. The process was quick, enjoyable and essentially seamless. This time around we were looking to purchase a new home for our family, and sell our current one. There was no question that we'd be working with Steven again. First off, it must be noted that Steven has immeasurable patience and went absolutely above and beyond when it came time to sell our current home. Our home was sold (during the winter, might I add) and simply put, Steven MADE IT HAPPEN! Steven isn't pushy, he doesn't force his own decisions on you. He is knowledgeable and extremely professional, Steven will recommend and advise, and ultimately won't proceed unless you are completely comfortable with every decision. Beyond that, his keen attention to detail must be noted. During the closing process on the sale of our home, he caught multiple mistakes from the buyer's end that could have been problematic and ultimately could have nulled our agreement. Oh and did I mention that Steven’s 1% commission percentage saved us thousands of dollars? Thank you again, “Mr. One Percent”! And then there's the purchase of our new home… We are over the moon! It was a dream to be able to purchase this specific home, and once again, Steven MADE IT HAPPEN!
